This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of client service throughout both onboarding and repeat transactions. The focus is on supporting and streamlining processes to optimise workflow, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a mulki-skilled, cross-trained team. Key responsibilities include managing operational tasks, providing ad-hoc support to colleagues, and maintaining service excellence for clients, distribution partners, and service providers.

The Compliance Monitoring Officer plays a crucial role in protecting OTAP by ensuring the company’s Policies, Procedures and Controls (P,P&C’s) are in line with all relevant regulations and laws. As the Compliance Monitoring Officer, you will conduct sampling to ensure OTAP adheres to its Policies, Procedures and Controls with the use of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Periodic Reviews. This is a full-time permanent position and relevant Compliance experience is required, preferably within the Financial Service sector.

This role encompasses projects and processes that will build knowledge of the business and its requirements as well as build an understanding of the compliance role within the business. We are initially offering a fixed-term contract on full-time hours, and are ideally looking for a candidate who has an enquiring mind as opposed to just a box ticker. Compliance experience is therefore desired, but not essential.
