I joined Overseas Trust and Pension as a junior member of the finance team in 2021 and have since been given the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow in my role not once but twice. The company’s emphasis on continuous learning and growth has allowed me to gain new skills and advance in my career. I’m grateful for the supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages us to bring our best selves to work every day.

The main attraction for me joining Overseas Trust and Pension (OTAP) was the positive environment and that the role aligned to my previous job, with the addition of the opportunity for growth. I am fortunate to have a very accepting and motivating team and manager, and I have enjoyed every moment since joining OTAP.

Overseas Trust and Pension (OTAP) have been incredibly supportive with my studies and have helped me achieve my ACCA qualification. The flexibility they offer is of great importance to me as a mother with young children and I really value their attitude towards a healthy work/life balance.
