This is a senior, cross-functional role responsible for designing, governing, and optimising the organisation’s data architecture to ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, accuracy, and availability across all systems. With the strategic ambition of achieving a single point of data entry replicated across connected systems, the role requires practical, hands-on expertise in API connectivity, data modelling, and data remediation to enhance client service, improve staff user journeys, and build confidence in data integrity. The position also leads the development and maintenance of management information reporting frameworks, providing Directors and the Board with clear, actionable insights. As the central point of expertise for data strategy, information reporting architecture, and risk-related data, the post holder will work closely with the MD, Directors, Head of IT, and operational teams to ensure a trusted, secure, and well-governed data environment.

The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth daily operations and facilities management within the Guernsey office, ensuring the office functions efficiently while providing administrative support to the business. This role is also essential in ensuring accurate and compliant management of both physical and electronic records within a regulated financial services environment. The post holder will play a key part in maintaining document integrity, supporting internal teams, and adhering to statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Trust Officer will play a central role in delivering high quality administration and oversight of Guernsey law trusts within an organically growing and modernising trust proposition. As a senior member of the Client Servicing Trust team, this role provides local substance for the Guernsey operation, manages a portfolio of trust clients, and ensures that all oversight, compliance standards and administration are met to a high professional level.

This role will support the team in delivering excellent client service by following processes to execute requests, engaging with clients, partners, and service providers, and contributing positively to achieve team objectives.

This role is being introduced to support OTAP’s continued growth and will work alongside the existing Team Leader to help lead a high-performing client services team, ensuring service excellence, strong client relationships, and effective oversight of pension and trust administration. This is a full-time position based in our Guernsey office.

This role will include preparation and review of accounts for Trusts, as well as individuals and businesses whose pensions we administer, along with developing processes and procedures, implementing improvements, tax compliance and meeting accounting deadlines for individual and corporate pension schemes. This is a six month fixed-term position based in either our Guernsey or South African office.

This role plays a crucial part in protecting OTAP by ensuring the company’s Policies, Procedures and Controls (P,P&Cs) comply with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a full-time position based in our South African office.
