This role provides a critical level of support to the business development activities of OTAP by supporting the International Business Consultants (IBC) to help them operate more efficiently through either internal liaison with key stakeholders and or liaison with external parties such as IFAs and partner firms.

The role is predominantly focused on ensuring accurate data is delivered in a timely manner for the preparation/reviewing of accounts for individuals and businesses whose pensions we administer. Account preparation will vary from scheme to scheme according to jurisdiction and the statutory requirements of the location. The post holder will assist the Finance team with a wide range of tasks to ensure the function is achieving its aims. The post holder reports to the Finance Operations Manager.

The Client Service Officer, Client Support will support a team to work efficiently and produce a high service level to our clients to maintain and retain their business. The focus will be to follow the processes and procedures to execute client requests and instructions. The role requires high levels of engagement with clients, distribution partners and service providers. The post holder is required to contribute in a positive manner to the team with an aim to achieve overall objectives and deliver an excellent client experience. As the Client Service Officer, your role is critical in delivering an efficient and effective outcome to our clients, distribution partners and service providers. You will have a responsibility to engage and follow up on a variety of client related cases. This position reports to the Team Leader, Client Support.

The Client Service Administrator, Client Operations (Maternity Cover) will support a team to work efficiently and produce a high service level to our clients during the initial on boarding process and subsequent repeat transactions. The focus will be to support the processes and procedures to optimise workflow and standards to provide an excellent client experience. The post holder is required to positively influence the team with an aim to establish a multi-skilled and cross trained team. As the Client Service Administrator, your role is critical in delivering a client-focused operational service to our clients, distribution partners and service providers. You will have responsibility for operational tasks. This position reports to the Team Leader, Client Operations. The duration of the contract is for a period of up to 12 months.
