Finance Officer

The focus will be to follow the processes and procedures to execute client requests and instructions. Client Service Administrator, Client Operations

The Client Service Administrator, Client Operations (Maternity Cover) will support a team to work efficiently and produce a high service level to our clients during the initial on boarding process and subsequent repeat transactions. The focus will be to support the processes and procedures to optimise workflow and standards to provide an excellent client experience. The post holder is required to positively influence the team with an aim to establish a multi-skilled and cross trained team. As the Client Service Administrator, your role is critical in delivering a client-focused operational service to our clients, distribution partners and service providers. You will have responsibility for operational tasks. This position reports to the Team Leader, Client Operations. The duration of the contract is for a period of up to 12 months.
