This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of client service by managing complex cases, overseeing day-to-day client servicing activities, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent client experience. The role also requires strong technical knowledge to handle escalated queries from financial advisers, members, and third parties while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This role plays a key role in helping OTAP meet its regulatory obligations by ensuring our policies, procedures, and controls are followed. Through compliance monitoring and periodic reviews, the role helps maintain high standards and supports the company’s ongoing compliance.

This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the International Business Consultants (IBCs), enabling them to deliver an efficient and professional service to financial advisers (IFAs) and partner firms. The role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing CRM data, preparing reports and presentations, supporting case management, facilitating IFA training, and handling day-to-day business development administration.
