The focus for this role will be to follow processes and procedures to execute client requests and instructions. High levels of engagement with clients, distribution partners and service providers are required. The post holder will need to contribute in a positive manner to the team with an aim to achieve overall objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience. As the Client Services Officer, this role is critical to delivering an efficient and effective outcome to our clients, distribution partners and service providers. The post holder will be responsible for engaging and following up on a variety of client-related cases.

The Compliance Manager will play an integral part in ensuring OTAP consistently meets regulatory requirements and operates in accordance with industry best practices. The role is vital in ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance programme by managing the monitoring and testing of controls, compliance procedures, and regulatory obligations. This is a full-time permanent position and candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role within the trust, pension, or financial services industry, preferably within a regulated environment.

The Compliance Monitoring Officer plays a crucial role in protecting OTAP by ensuring the company’s Policies, Procedures and Controls (P,P&C’s) are in line with all relevant regulations and laws. As the Compliance Monitoring Officer, you will conduct sampling to ensure OTAP adheres to its Policies, Procedures and Controls with the use of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Periodic Reviews. This is a full-time permanent position and relevant Compliance experience is required, preferably within the Financial Service sector.

This role encompasses projects and processes that will build knowledge of the business and its requirements as well as build an understanding of the compliance role within the business. We are initially offering a 6-month contract on full-time hours, and are ideally looking for a candidate who has an enquiring mind as opposed to just a box ticker. Compliance experience is therefore desired, but not essential.

The role focuses on delivering accurate data for the timely preparation and review of accounts for individuals and businesses whose pensions we administer, varying by jurisdiction and the statutory requirements of the location. The post holder will also assist the Finance team with various tasks to support its goals. Previous financial experience is preferred, however, this is a junior role with full training provided.
