Overseas Trust and Pension (OTAP) is the brand name of Overseas Trust and Pension Ltd, Overseas Pensions and Benefits Limited and Overseas Pensions Administration Limited, (the Companies).  The Companies are licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) law, 2000. Overseas Trust and Pension Limited and Overseas Pensions and Benefits Limited are registered in Guernsey numbers: 55506 and 39935 respectively. Their registered office is 2ndFloor Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW. Overseas Pensions Administration Limited is registered in Alderney number: 1427 and its registered office is Millennium House, Ollivier Street, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD.  

Overseas Trust and Pension Limited is an authorised financial services provider with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) – FSP number 47261.

Data Privacy

OTAP is registered with the Guernsey Data Commissioner as a data controller. Certain data may be transferred to and/or made available to our group companies in South Africa and the United Kingdom for the processing of new and existing customer requests as well as marketing and sales activities. Such data always remains in the ownership of and under control of OTAP. OTAP will ensure that personal information is not transferred to other Jurisdictions without suitable safeguards. 
 

Email Policy

Emails sent by Overseas Trust and Pension Limited and the information contained within are confidential and for the use of the addressee only. If you are not the intended recipient, please be kind enough to notify the sender by e-mail, and delete the email from your system, any disclosure, copying, distribution or any action taken or omitted to be taken in reliance on it is prohibited and may be unlawful.
