The administrative time required to run an international scheme would be similar to a domestic plan you may operate. However, we provide specific training to your administrators regarding processes and systems and operate in an efficient manner to keep administration to a minimum, whilst ensuring that your scheme operates optimally.
Each employee who becomes a member of the scheme will be given online access to obtain their benefit statements, reducing the administrative burden for the employer.
The contributions to the scheme are flexible and can be paused for periods of time to allow for contract workers who may not be employed on a full time basis to adjust their contributions accordingly.
OTAP is the administrator and trustees and are separate from the scheme and the assets within the scheme. In the event that OTAP no longer operated, regulations require the appointment of a new regulated administrator and trustee.
The scheme has special rules that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of your firm and you can set the parameters accordingly which enables you to tailor the plan to your firm’s specific requirements.
